MARCA Engineerix (pty.) ltd. is a family-run company, operated and managed by father and son, Carl King Senior and Carl King Junior. We pride ourselves on client-orientated services, customized designs and great quality. We focus mainly on building, re-inventing and repairing, specific farm implements, factory and other industrial machine parts among others and CNC plasma cutting work. All our designs are completely customized to the client's precise specifications to ensure that you are satisfied with the end results.
Our vision is to become the primary engineering company in Delmas and surrounding areas in terms of designing, manufacturing and installation of a variety of steelworks in the next five years.
Services we provide:
1) Milling and Machining
All kinds of milling work and shaping i.e. keyways for shafts, etc.
2) CNC plasma cuttingWe cut any sheet metal from 1mm to 20mm thickness
3) TurningTurning a variety of metals and plastics to create shafts, hanger bearings, hubs, discs, etc.
4) WeldingWe do any MIG, TIG, ARC and aluminum welding work.
5) Industrial Design and ConstructionWe do any custom engineering design from pipework, working platforms, augers, hoppers, brackets, various types of conveyors, farm implements, etc.
6) Steel BendingWe bend sheets up to 6mm thick and 3.1 meters wide.
7) Plant maintenanceOur team comes to you to assist with any site maintenance work you may require.
